FantaSim Football LLC ("FantaSim Football," "we," "us") operates the website and game at fantasimfootball.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and who we share it with.

FantaSim Football is currently in closed early access. Accounts are created by invitation and approved manually. Features described in this policy reflect the service as it exists today; we will update this policy as the service changes.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email address. Required to create an account. Used to sign you in, to confirm your address, to reset your password, and to send you service notices.
• Password. If you create an account with a password, it is stored only as a cryptographic hash by our authentication provider. We never see or store your password in readable form.
• Display name and team names. Whatever you choose to enter. These are visible to other players in leagues you join.

Information from Google, if you sign in with Google

If you choose "Continue with Google," Google shares your email address, name, and profile picture URL with us. We do not receive your Google password and we do not request access to any other Google service or data.

Information created by playing

• Leagues you create or join, your draft picks, weekly lineups, game results, standings, and final placements.
• Timestamps for account creation, approval, and activity within a league.

Information collected automatically

• Technical and log data. Our infrastructure providers record IP addresses, browser and device information, and request logs as part of operating the service and protecting it from abuse.
• Email delivery data. Our email provider records whether messages we send were delivered, bounced, or reported as spam.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect payment information. There is currently nothing to pay for.
• We do not run advertising and we do not use advertising trackers.
• We do not use third-party analytics or behavioural tracking.
• We do not collect location data, contacts, or any information from your device beyond what is described above.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

• create, secure, and operate your account;
• run the game, including drafts, leagues, and results;
• send you service email — address confirmation, password resets, and notice that your account has been approved;
• review and approve accounts during closed early access;
• diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and keep the service running;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers we use to run FantaSim Football. Each acts on our behalf and only for the purposes above. The list below covers our current providers; it may change as our infrastructure changes.

Some of these providers operate on underlying cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of FantaSim Football, our users, or others.

Other players in a league with you can see your display name and team name, your roster, your lineups, and your results. Do not use a team name you would not want other players to see.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage only to keep you signed in. Our authentication provider stores a session token in your browser so you do not have to sign in on every visit. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

Clearing your browser storage will sign you out.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. League records — drafts, results, standings — are kept as part of the game's history so that past seasons remain viewable.

If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your account and personal information. Records of leagues you played in may be retained in a form that no longer identifies you, so that other players' league histories remain intact.

Our providers retain operational logs according to their own schedules.

7. Your choices

You can:

• Access or correct your information by contacting us.
• Delete your account by emailing info@fantasimfootball.com. We will confirm and act on the request.
• Stop receiving email by deleting your account. The only email we send is service email tied to your account — address confirmation, password reset, and approval notice. We do not send marketing email.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability. Contact us at info@fantasimfootball.com and we will respond.

8. Age requirement

FantaSim Football is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, as stated in our Terms of Service. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, contact info@fantasimfootball.com and we will close the account and delete the information associated with it, other than records we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons or that relate to an existing dispute.

9. Security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form. Traffic between your browser and our service is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to the operator of the service.

No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not.

10. Where your information is processed

FantaSim Football is operated from the United States and your information is processed there. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the service changes — in particular when subscriptions, payments, or advertising are introduced. When we make a material change we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
